Returns
We do not accept physical returns.
If there’s a problem with your order, don’t worry — we can issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements can be requested if:
- Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Items are missing from your order
- U.S. orders: 45+ days
- International orders: 60+ days
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email us at s.camila1820@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the damage or issue
- A short description of the problem
Once we verify the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Items delivered as described but you changed your mind
- Dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality
- Delivered items without proof of non-delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping. Once the order is in production or transit, cancellations aren’t possible.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed through Shopify to the customer’s original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
